This platform explores the personal, the systemic, and the cultural. Each episode in this five-part series features candid, unfiltered conversations with mental health practitioners, advocates, and service users, exploring the gaps in care and the paths forward for Black youth, Black individuals, and the diverse Black communities we belong to.

"Speak, Unspoken" confronts the taboo, the uncomfortable and the critical matters. From anti-Black homophobia to healing justice in movement building, the series invites listeners to witness, and join, a necessary reckoning. Including interviews with brilliant thinkers and practitioners Prentis Hemphill, Dr. OmiSoore Dryden, Tanya Turton, Debbie Owusu-Akyeeah, Theodore Walker Robinson and Simone Saunders.

This series is produced by Living Practices Consulting, hosted by Pascale Diverlus and Rodney Diverlus, and edited by Angelyn Sayshi for Across Boundaries, with funding support from Ontario Health.
